Overcoming ConstipationSome tips for overcoming constipation:
1) Exercise more: walking, swimming, running, sit-ups, yoga, etc.
2) Reduce stress, especially during meal times.
3) When you have the urge for a bowel movement, use the toilet. Don’t wait.
4) Eat more high fiber, whole foods and fewer refined, high-fat, high-sugar foods.
5) Use a high fiber supplement on a daily basis or as needed.
